Silly Billy is currently unable to offer returns and/or exchanges.

Refunds

We do our best to ensure that any serious blemishes are noted and sizes are accurate. Some items may have slight vintage wear and markings, such as mended holes, marked name tags etc, but that's what makes each piece unique and charming! In saying that we understand that oversights do happen.

If the goods are faulty or damaged without any disclaimer you are entitled to a refund. If the fault at issue was missed on the listing, please email sillybillyvintage@gmail.com with photos and we will evaluate it. 

Refunds will be made via the payment method used to purchase the goods.

All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
